They are great with children, and get along with other animals. The Alapaha will accept friends and guests and will not threaten or intimidate. The Alapaha's are not normally aggressive towards strangers, but if the situation arises he will protect. The Alapaha is very intelligent; they have the ability to learn easily and want to please. Alapaha's are very loyal and make a very good companion and friend. About our dogs: All of our dogs come from the original lines of Lana Lou Lane. You can see on each side both sire and dam can be traced to Lana’s stock. Five generation pedigrees are available upon request. Our dogs come with a Health Certificate, three year Health Guarantee, updated shots and worming. Prices start at $1200 and up to $2000. There are several registries which Alapaha Bulldogs can be registered; it is up to the consumer to look carefully at each dog’s pedigree to determine their originality.
